Braids & Cornrows Masterclass
Learn to braid like a pro with this group braiding masterclass. It is open to anyone ages 13+ who wants to learn the art of hair braiding. This can include moms, sisters even brothers and dads who want to learn for the sake of their loved ones.
These classes are also suitable for hairdressers or stylists who are looking to add braiding skills to their portfolio. They provide hands-on braiding experience delivered by a skilled braider with some teaching experience.
Each attendee will receive a braiders tool kit including a mannequin to use throughout the session. If you’d like to take a mannequin away for practice after class, please add on a mannequin to your booking.

A full day group training course (This is not an online course).

All tools and equipment will be provided with ongoing support via our Braiders Facebook group.
What you’ll learn:
Braiding prep basics- Braiding Toolkit. Hair stretching & sectioning, choosing the right extensions and scalp care.
Mastering Box Braids- Starting a braid, adjusting sizing, neat finishes, securing ends and guided practice.
Fundamentals of Cornrows- Hand positioning and grip, clean and consistent parting. Techniques and patterns- straight back, zig zag etc. Hands on practice time.
Advanced Styles- Knotless Technique for Box Braids. Feed-In Technique for Cornrows
